By Young Adult we mean people primarily in their 20s and 30s. This is a chance for young adults to connect with other young adults so that all may grow in their living of the faith. The initial vision for Young Adult Ministry at Holy Cross includes:
- Promoting a sense of belonging amongst Young Adults in the Parish
- Helping Young Adults meet each other
- Serving the Parish (and local) community uniquely as Young Adults
- Finding ways to pray together and share about faith & life
- Reaching out to other Young Adults in the area/neighborhood
- Together Following Jesus More Closely
Updates
- We had our first post Monday Adoration Social (October 28th) – with about 15 or so people there.
- We had our second post Monday Adoration Social (November 18th) – with about 10 people. A tour of the Church Bell Tower was given and enjoyed.
- Thanks to everyone who turned out it seemed like an enjoyable time for all who joined.
- A desire to go Our Lady of the Road as a group emerged (if someone is interested in organizing that’d be wonderful)
- We will plan to have this once a month and look to see what other ways we can gather as a young adult community at Holy Cross Parish.
Next Event: TBD December
- Adoration 7 pm – 8pm in Church.
- Social Begins in Br. Andre Room following @ 8 pm
- There will be food and drinks

Other Parishes with Young Adult Ministry
Many of the Parishes in the area have various outreaches to young adults and have communities of young adults. We may at times try to collaborate with them. See the other communities below:
